Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.
There are some things that we need from the Lord that we cannot get from others. This verse of scripture teaches us that Jesus gives us peace. He showed the disciples evidence of His peace by rebuking the storm that had been taking place in their lives (Matthew 8:26). Just like the disciples we need the peace of God to be made evident in our lives as we face our storms. Remember, in order to get Godly wisdom you have to retain Him in your knowledge by studying His word to get an understanding.
