Food 4 Thought 10/20/07

Greeting,
Here is the recipe for today…

Ecclesiastes 7:9
Do not hasten in your spirit to be angry, For anger rests in the bosom of fools.

Have you ever noticed some of the things people do when there anger escalates? Sometimes we step out of our element and begin working 100% towards expressing our anger. Some might say well Jesus was angry when he entered the temple over turning tables and driving everyone out with a whip (John 2:13-21) which is true. But Jesus directed His anger in a way that would benefit his ministry not take away from it.

In other words the bible says you can be angry but do not sin (Ephesians 4:26). Instead of doing something that will take away from your ministry, try doing something that will add to your ministry. Be MAD but Make A Difference with your anger. Remember, in order to get Godly wisdom you have to retain Him in your knowledge by studying His word to get an understanding.

“Your attitude should be gratitude.”
