Offer the sacrifices of righteousness, and put your trust in the Lord.
Before you put your trust in Him, you must first sacrifice something. Have you sacrificed anything for Him lately? You can sacrifice time, talent, money, relationships or resources. Whatever it is that God puts on your heart to sacrifice you will have to sacrifice. This walk with God will cost you something. Just because obedience is better than sacrifice (1 Samuel 15:22), that does not exclude sacrificing in your walk with God. Remember, in order to get Godly wisdom you have to retain Him in your knowledge by studying His word to get an understanding.
