Psalm 37:4 (NLV)
Be happy in the Lord. And He will give you the desires of your heart.
People, places, and things are what tend to make people happy. This verse of scripture teaches us that we are to train ourselves to be happy in God. When you are happy in God you are pleased, cheerful, excited, enthusiastic, glad, and in high spirits about Him, and all that He is doing. Sometimes we confuse our happiness with being comfortable, when our happiness is being content. Become happy in the Lord and He will (that’s a promise) give you the desires of your heart. Remember, in order to get Godly wisdom you have to retain Him in your knowledge by studying His word to get an understanding.
