Whether good times, bad times, hard times or opportune times God is the only one who can change the times. He knows when, He knows how, and He knows why we have to go through our seasons. So enjoy the cold season (winter) in your life, because in the next season you will spring forth (literally). Remember, in order to get Godly wisdom you have to retain Him in your knowledge by studying His word to get an understanding.
