Food 4 Thought 4/2/08

Greetings,
Here is the recipe for today…

Exodus 3:7
And the LORD said: “I have surely seen the oppression of My people who are in
Egypt, and have heard their cry because of their taskmasters, for I know their sorrows.

Have you ever felt like no one sees, knows or even understands what you’re going through? Or something you already went through? Not only does God see your struggle, and hear your cries, but He also has made plans to deliver you in time. So as you face opposition and giants in your life right now, just know that greater is He that is in you, then he that is in the world (1 John 4:4). He cares about you so much that the hairs on your head are numbered (Matthew
10:30, Luke 12:7). Remember, in order to get Godly wisdom you have to retain Him in your knowledge by studying His word to get an understanding.

An individual has not started living until he can rise above the narrow confines of his individualistic concerns to the broader concerns of all humanity.
–Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
