God who gives life to the dead and calls those things which do not exist as though they did.
God loves to operate in areas that look dead, destroyed, diminished, defeated, and dried up. This gives Him a chance to confirm your faith, and to remind you of His sovereignty. So walk the walk, talk the talk and know that God is in full control, and that He gives us power to either speak life to it or death to it (Proverbs 18:21). Keep in mind whatever you bind on earth is bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth is loosed in heaven (Matthew 16:19). The question is, do you believe? Remember, in order to get Godly wisdom you have to retain Him in your knowledge by studying His word to get an understanding.
