Greetings,
Here is the recipe for today…
1 John 4:19
We love because he first loved us.
We all want to feel loved, cared for, valued, appreciated, and acknowledged, but sometimes we look for this in the wrong places. Who can love you like God can? Who cares for you like God cares? Who can treat you like God treats you? No one!!! He loved us before we loved ourselves, so stop looking for it from people, when you have a God who does it. God loved you enough to wait on you, but do you love Him enough to wait on Him? Remember, in order to get Godly wisdom you have to retain Him in your knowledge by studying His word to get an understanding.
“The longer you wait, the better it will be”
Did you know?
-84% of African-American marriages end in divorce.

-67% of all recent marriages will end in divorce.
-80% of the time only one spouse wants the divorce.
-66% of the time the woman wants the divorce.
-75% of children of divorce end up going through a divorce themselves.

Thanks for this food for thought!
This was the affirmation that I needed for today! Those statistics on marriage are alarming. So many people settle just for the sake of not being alone (in their eyes because we are never alone) and end up with someone who God has not ordained for their lives. Over the years I have come to discover that I am worth the wait and that I can be content in Christ totally and wholly! God bless you!
Please check out this awesome ministry that I am apart of when you get an opportunity.
