2 Corinthians (KJV)
For which cause we faint not; but though our outward man perish, yet the inward man is renewed day by day.
What keeps us going if we are not battery operated? What fuels the fire of our lives when we have visited a dark season in the wilderness? When we are restless, weary, and even burned out where do we get our strength? Our strength comes from the Lord. It is Him who puts super in front of our natural, extra in front of our ordinary, faith in front of our fears, and triumph in front of our troubles. So rest in (wait on) Him and He will renew your strength (Isaiah 40:31). Remember, in order to get Godly wisdom you have to retain Him in your knowledge by studying His word to get an understanding.
